Component failure rates applicable to LMFBRs as derived from LER data

Description
This article provides failure-rate estimats that are considered applicable to liquid-metal fast-breeder-reactor control-rod drives, diesel generators, instrumentation and control components, pumps, valves, and primary containment penetration components. For each component, recommended, high, and low failure-rate estimates are provided. The failure rates developed are based on a modification of Licensee Event Report data provided in six Nuclear Regulatory Commission reports
