Description

Some essential features of the FEMAXI-7 and RANNS codes are briefly described in connection with the analyses performed in the framework of the FUMEX-III priority cases. FEMAXI is a high burnup fuel performance code in normal and anticipated transient conditions, and RANNS is for the analysis of fuel behavior in Reactivity-Initiated-Accident (RIA) conditions.
