Description
Possibilities of analytical methods, perspective for the usage in analysis of high purity substances are considered. These are activational, mass-spectral, atomic absorption with non-flame atomization methods. All the methods are characterized by low determination limits (10-12-10-15 g), universality, possibilities of further perfection. The data of mass-spectral analysis of indium, hafnium, niobium, vanadium, zirconium, tantalum are presented
