Change of local structure of impurity centers during phase transformations in CsSrCl3:Gd3+

Description
EPR spectrum of four triclinic centers was studied in CsSeCl3 second low-symmetry phase. Analysis of he obtained spin Hamiltonians enabled to determine values pf turnings of fine structure tensor main axes under phase transitions that in certain cases could be linked with turnings of chlorine octahedrons and to estimate the nature of deformation of octahedrons. Angles of turnings of chlorine octahedrons in prophase were estimated experimentally
