Crystallization and properties of compounds with the structure of stybiotantalite and antimonite
Description
Hydrothermal crystallization was investigated in the Sb2O3-Nb2O5-Sb2O5-KHFF2-H2O2-H2O, In2O3-Sb2O3-KF-H2O, Sc2O3-Sb2O3-KF-H2O systems and conditions for mixed monocrystals formation of Sb(SbxNb1-x)O4 (x = 0-26) and In3Sb5O12, Sc3Sb5O12 solid solutions with the structure of stibiotantalate and antimonite were analyzed. Obtained monocrystals undergo phase transformations and offer valuable ferroelectric and electroacoustic properties
