Foil technique for investigation of the electron component in hydrogen negative ion beams

Description

Foil technique to investigate into the ion and electron component in hydrogen negative ion beams is suggested and used experimentally. Conclusion is made electron emission at collision of negative ions and fast neutrals is the main mechanism of electron component occurrence
