Description
Dynamic hepatobiliary scintigraphy is the only method which enables noninvasive monitoring of regional function of liver parenchyma. It allows early detection of functional impairment due to radiation hepatitis. This method is simple and reproducible and is therefore suitable for follow-up of this disease. (orig.)
Abstract (German)
Die Lebersequenzszintigraphie erlaubt als einziges Verfahren die nichtinvasive Ueberwachung der regionalen Leberparenchymfunktion. Somit koennen die bei der radiogenen Hepatitis auftretenden Parenchymfunktionsstoerungen fruehzeitig und valide erkannt werden. Die einfache Reproduzierbarkeit macht diese Untersuchung auch fuer die Verlaufsbeurteilung wertvoll. (orig.)Additional details
