Preparation of superconducting Nb films with high value of transition temperature by electron-beam evaporation

Description
In this paper the influence of various factors, determining the process of obtaining superconducting thin Nb films under the pressure of 10-6Torr by electron-beam evaporation, on their transition temperature Tsub(t) is studied. By means of mathematical methods of multifactor planning and optimizing the experiments the optimal conditions for obtaining the Nb films are found under which Tsub(t)=9.30K, Tsub(t) dependences on the chosen factors are determined and explained.
