Description of problem or function: Chemical nuclear data library: Format: ENDF/B format; Nuclides: 855 nuclides for Fission Products Decay Data; 91 nuclides for Activation Products Decay Data; 125 nuclides for Heavy Element Decay Data; Origin: CROUCH31, UKFPDD, UKPADD, UKHEDD. A collection of chemical nuclear data obtained by nuclear and radiochemical techniques. The library consists of four files of evaluated data: (i) fission product yields; (ii) fission product decay data, excluding delayed neutron data (iii) activation product decay data; (iv) heavy element decay data. The first three of these files are in ENDF/B-IV format. For the heavy element decay data ENDF/B-V has been used to permit inclusion of spontaneous fission half-lives, nu values and prompt gamma and neutron spectra
