Description
The article presents information on production and investigation of bismuth-containing monocrystalline films of ferrite garnets (Bc-MFFG) of (Eu, Bi)3(Fe, Ga)5O12 composition in the vicinity of magnetic moment compensation (MMC) point. It is shown that these films, produced by the method of liquid-phase epitaxy with (110) orientation in which MMC and magnetic orthorombic anisotropy are realized simultaneously, feature the best thermal stability among materials with MMC
