On the mechanism of degradation of the tantalum-tantalum amorphous oxide system

Description

Structural and electron aspects are investigated of degradation of a laminated system. formed on the base of solid solution of oxygen in tantalum Ta(O). It is shown that as a result of Ta(O) local oversaturation by oxygen appears the ageing process, accompanied by isolation of microscopic particles of Ta2O5 crystalline oxide or metastable crystalline phase of tantalum lower oxides
