Description
The diffuse X-ray scattering from Frenkel defects introduced in Cu by 3 MeV electron irradiation at 5 K was measured in an extended region in reciprocal space between the (200) and (111) Bragg reflections, and in addition at small scattering angles. Information on the vacancies was derived from the scattering at small scattering angles where interstitials give only a small contribution. (Auth.)
