Effect of plasma spraying of molybdenum on creep of the 40Kh steel precoated with easily fusible sublayer
Description
Effect of plasma spraying on properties of material precoated with thin easily fusible sublayer. Investigations have been made on the 40Kh steel with molybdenum coating. Eutectic melt Pb-Sn have been put on samples before spraying. Composite material, obtained in such a way, has been tested for creep. It is shown that increase of heat resistance by the way of Mo spraying on steel is achieved in a wider temperature range due to precoating of thin easily fusible Pb-Sn sublayer
