Structure of the tin-lead-cadmium system in liquid state
- 1. Volgogradskij Gosudarstvennyj Pedagogicheskij Inst., Volgograd (USSR)
Description
On the basis of acoustic measurements in the system tin-lead-cadmium, using the model theory of rigid spheres, certain parameters, characterizing the structure of the melt (structural factor, packing factor, average minimum interatomic distance, mean diameter of rigid spheres), have been investigated. On the basis of the data obtained the conclusion is made on statistical distribution of atoms in the melts. It is shown that the system as to its properties is quite similar to ideal solution
