PU-G-1K-type charge-sensitive spectrometric preamplifiers

The PU-G-1K type preamplifiers used as a part of gamma spectrometers based on semiconductor detectors, are described. The preamplifier layout and specifications are given. The energy noise equivalent less than 0.6 keV is obtained
