Roentgenological features of the vasculature of fragments of long bone double fracture
Description
The author defined the vasculature of the long bone diaphysis in health and in double fracture at varying time after trauma on the basis of osteomedullograms and a method proposed by him based on obtaining roentgenocontrast anatomical specimens and contact topoangiograms in experiment. The peculiarities of disorders of the blood supply of double fracture fragments and the nature of their revascularization were described. A conclusion was made that the restoration of the organotypical structure of the blood flow did not occur even in a long-term period after the adhesion of double fracture and 2 types of vascularization were defined: dendroid and lacunar which were detected much later than fracture adhesion
