Tl2Ba2CaCu2Oy logarithmic magnetic relaxation sharp drop at T=Tj

Description
Tl-2212 single crystal vortex structure dynamics change manifest itself at Tj≅23K in the remanence temperature dependence MR(T) and in the sharp drop of the normalized relaxation rate S of the MR(t)-decay as well. The effective barrier height, governed the flux creep, increase from Uo≅19meV at T≤Tj to Uo≥130meV for TjTj in Bi-2212, Tl-2212 and YBCO single crystals. (orig.)
