We see the things and say - why we imagine the things and say - why not(*) why not a software teaching nuclear energy which links fantasy and reality. Combining 3 caracters of the world of imagination: Salviati a teacher dog, Saegredo a curious duck and Simplicio an importunate mouse; with basic facts and datas about nuclear energy, we obtain a software agile, criative and innovator, that stimulate the curiosity and imagination - mainly, it help us to understand and to comprehend one of the most polemics themes of our era. Vejo coisas e digo - por que imagino coisas e digo - por que nao (*). Por que nao um software de ensino sobre energia nuclear que una fantasia e realidade. Aliando 3 personangens do mundo da imaginao: Salviati o cachorro instrutor, Saegredo o pato curioso e Simplicio o rato criador de casos; com fatos e questoes basicas sobre energia nuclear, se obtem um software agil, criativo e inovador, que estimula a curiosidade e imaginacao, mas principalmente faz conhecer e compreender um dos polemicos temas de nossa era.
