The low-frequency mode of electromagnetic parametric instabilities occurring in relativistic plasmas

Description
The existence of a low-frequency mode of electromagnetic parametric instabilities occurring in homogeneous collisionless relativistic plasmas is predicted. The development of this mode is found to result in the generation of a quasistationary magnetic field. The hydrodynamical analysis of the mode in question is shown to require the allowance for the transport equation governing the stress tensor. (Auth.)
