On amorphous state stability of d-, f-metal films

Description

Temperature dependence of electric resistance as well as structure were studied to determine temperature for transition from amorphous to polycrystal conduction of Cd+Fe, Gd+Co and (Gd+Co) films using electron microscopic analysis. It is determined that binary Gd+Fe films preserve the amorphous state at heating till ∼ 100 deg C, Gd+Co films - till ∼ 150 deg C. Molybdenum alloying increases temperature interval for existence of amorphous state of d-, f-metal films till 300 deg C
