Description
In this particular research the temperatures of high precision devices used in the manufacturing field of high power electronic circuits that can handle high temperatures has been studied those circuits are used in I Cs and LEDs and laser techniques since the hyper fine field occur around son de atoms it has been demonstrated that perturbed angular correlation (Pac) method which presents the interaction between nuclear momentum of the active tested nucleus and the formed hyper fine field is the best way to measure the hyper fine field in the cubic structure material it has been as well that the defects which formed near the son de atoms is because of the empty places between cubic lattice atoms.(author)
