Evaluation of operating procedures and technical specifications with PSA
Description
The paper describes the use of PSA to evaluate operating procedures by means of designing event trees strictly adherent to the procedures. It is also demonstrated how the PSA is used to evaluate technical specification aspects e.g. allowed outage time (AOT), length of test interval and staggered test of redundant system. (author) 7 figs
