Dislocation structure effect on low-temperature creep during dynamic relief of austenitic steel, copper and aluminium

Description

The kinetics and the part the dynamic recovery plays was investigated with reference to a low-temperature creep of metals of different values of packing defect energy. The creep was materialized by bending tests of prismatic notched specimens of copper, aluminium and austenitic Kh18N10T steel. It was borne out that the cause of the kinetic mechanism of failure is the motion of dislocations which underlies the macro-creep and the accumulation of defects with the time
