Realization of high power coaxial low pass filter for Indus-2 RF system
Description
A coaxial line Low Pass Filter (LPF) was designed and fabricated as a part of Indus-2 RF transmission system which guide the klystron RF output, 64 kW and 505 MHz, to Indus-2 RF cavities. The filter attenuates the harmonic content present in the klystron output to a level which is less than -60 dB. The filter was designed using iterative techniques of converting lumped equivalent circuit of LPF to its coaxial line form. (author)
