Information about influence of the Bohunice V2 NPP on the environment, October 2011

In this paper results of monitoring of radiation monitoring of Bohunice V2 NPP are presented. The radioactive effluents into atmosphere within October 2011 were: 0.393 MBq of aerosoles, 0.04335 MBq of iodine-131, and 0.648 TBq of rare gases. For the period January - October 2011 these radioactive effluents into atmosphere represented 5.427 MBq (0.00265% of annually limit (AL)) of aerosoles, 0.402 MBq (0.0006% of AL) of iodine-131, and 7.152 TBq (0.3576% of AL) of rare gases. The radioactive effluents into recipient of Vah River within October 2011 were: 24.001 GBq of tritium, and 1.818 MBq of corrosive and fission products. For the period January - October 2011 these radioactive effluents into recipient of Vah River represented 8715,298 GBq (43.576% of AL) of tritium; 19.675 MBq (0.151% of AL) of corrosive and fission products. Dose equivalents rate for the villages in surroundings of the Bohunice V2 NPP in October 2011 are published. No limits set up by regulatory bodies were exceeded.
