Description
The detailed design of a beamline, monochromator and photoelectron spectrometer for surface science studies in the photon energy range 15-200 eV is described. The photon flux from the monochromator has been measured as a function of energy. Adequate intensity and resolution are available for a wide range of photoemission studies. (orig.)
