Magnetoelastic effects on the elastic constants of HoAl2
Description
Measurements of the elastic constants C11 and C44 of single crystalline HoAl2 are reported from 4.2 K up to 280 K. In the paramagnetic region the results are interpreted in terms of the magnetoelastic coupling. (Auth.)
