Mark III data on the ηππ system in radiative J/ψ decay

Description

Two-gluon hadronization from our SU(3) singlet configuration into ηππ final states is observed in radiative J/ψ decays. There is evidence for the intermediate production of f1(1285) and η(1400), but no hint of the gluon candidate iota η(1430)
