Description
The wavelengths of the O VI resonance lines have been measured in the laboratory, and compared with several other measurements and an isoelectronic interpolation. Wavelengths of 1031.929 +- 0.005 Angstroem and 1037.617 +- 0.005 Angstroem are reported for the two components 2s2S - 2p2Psub(3/2, 1/2) respectively. These values are in good agreement with two other recent measurements, and with the isoelectronic interpolation. The measured wavelength of the O V 2s21S-2s2p3P1 intercombination line is 1218.344 +- 0.010 Angstroem. (orig.)
