Raman spectrum variation in a Y-Ba-Cu-O system during the phase 1-2-3-to-phase 2-4-8 transition

Description
First results of investigation into Y2Ba4Cu8O16-x monocrystals using light Raman scattering spectroscopy method are presented. The data obtained are discussed using a crystal-chemical model of Y2B4Cu8O16-x structure
