Preparation of tritium-labelled cholesterine
Description
Kinetics of dehalogenation of 19-iodine-cholesterol by gaseous tritium was studied. The process was analyzed in the temperature range of 20-260 deg C. It is shown that dehalogenation with a higher yield is realized in the temperature range of 40-60 deg C. Besides dehalogenation reactions of isotopic exchange proceed in the above-mentioned conditions. The process was studied using cholesterol by way of example. It turned out that in this case reactions of isotopic exchange have the highest efficiency at the temperatures of 180-200 deg C
