Quantum mechanical inversion of atom-rigid rotor differential cross sections. The infinite order sudden approximation
Description
The infinite order sudden approximation and the Goldflam-Kouri-Green factorization of the scattering amplitude is used to derive an approximation inversion scheme which allows the direct determination of the atom-rotor potential from the degeneracy averaged elastic and inelastic differential cross sections. The possibility of applications of the present results to other problems is discussed. (Auth.)
