Approximation of cell distribution in a number of aberrations caused by fractionated γ/neutron-irradiation of the human lymphocyte culture at a presynthesis stage (G0 and G1): theoretical model

Description
A theoretical model is suggested that allows calculating a yield of cells with a number of aberrations caused by fractionated γ-irradiation using the corresponding data for a separate irradiation. The value of a cytogenetic interaction of damages induced by two fractions of irradiation doses was used as a free parameter of the model. Cases of sufficient and unsufficient results obtained by using the model are considered. 2 refs., 2 tabs
