A study was made on experimental temperature dependences of thermo-emf factor α, electric conductivity σ and thermal conductivity χ in Bi2Te3-x-ySexSy solid solutions (x=0.12, y=0; x=0.3, y=0; x=0, y=0.12; x=0.09, y=0.045) with account of effective scattering parameter re in 77-300 K range.
