In the introduction, this report presents the legal activity of the French Commission for the Regulation of Energy (CRE) in the framework of electricity and natural gas markets and networks regulation. Then, a first part describes the main current issues: construction of regulated tariffs for electricity sales and their evolution; the end of regulated tariffs for natural gas sales; the competitive processes for renewables development; the impact of the 'project of common European interest' status on CRE's activities; the sanctions imposed under the judge supervision. Finally, a third part reviews the main decisions and deliberations of the year
