Moessbauer imaging
Description
A conventional Moessbauer spectrum gives microstructural information integrated spatially over the absorber. Recently, two imaging methods based on Moessbauer spectroscopy have been devised which may be applied to determine the spatial distribution of phases. The perspective of this developing field is reviewed
