Theoretical description of muonic molecular ions
- 1. Department of Physics and Astronomy, University of Delaware, Newark, DE 19716
Description
An accurate theoretical description of the muonic molecular ions is critical for understanding the phenomenon of muon catalyzed fusion. We review recent calculations on the tdμ ion which have substantially improved our knowledge of the processes involving this ion
