Calibrating the KDT-02 system in latent energy units

Description
The authors evaluate and calibrate thermoluminescent dosemeters based on three materials--calcium sulfate, magnesium borate, and lithium fluoride--for use in personnel dosimetry with regard to radon and its decay products. The dosemeters are tested for their sensitivity and energy absorption behavior for gamma and alpha radiation. Recommendations are given for using the various dosemeters for weekly exposure or exposure per shift determinations
