High-performance liquid chromatography-nuclear magnetic resonance on-line coupling
Description
In directly coupling of HPLC with NMR spectroscopic online detection, both stop and continuous flow detection was used. In both cases no evaporation and heating procedures are involved, which enables the investigation of air- and UV-sensitive compounds. (H.W.). 15 refs.; 9 figs
