Methods of routine sampling and preparation sample for yellow cake products

Description

The size of sampling probe, the effect of sampling quantity on the representative sample, and homogeneity of yellow cake products are studied. The research results show that the approving samples can be got by sampling four probes (25 mm inner diameter), and the same representative sample can be obtained by sampling 3-5 probes. Because the product is not homogeneous, each barrel product should be sampled. The method of preparation sample and the crushing equipment used can meet the demand of homogeneity. (authors)
