Description

This work describes the production and characterization of zinc oxide (ZnO) and silver nanoparticles (NPAg) by solution of vegetable oils of andiroba, copaiba, castor bean and pequi. The structural and spectroscopic properties of the produced materials are being investigated by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), dispersive energy spectroscopy (EDS) and optical absorption spectroscopy. The obtained materials present potential for applications in the field of radiobiology. (author)
