Hanford Site performance report - January 1999
Creators
Description
The purpose of the Executive Summary section of the report is to provide a concise overview of progress related to work at Hanford. The section begins with a description of those monthly accomplishments considered to have made the greatest contribution toward safe, timely, and cost-effective clean up. Following the accomplishments, is a fiscal year-to-date tabular performance profile which covers FY 1999 Baseline Performance, Enforceable Agreement (EA), Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board (DNFSB) and Department of Energy-Headquarters (HQ) Milestone performance, and Safety Data. A brief analysis, by exception, follows the tabular data. On a quarterly basis, FY1999 staffing and Corporate Performance Measures are also presented. The FY 1999 Milestone chart covers EA, DNFSB, and HQ milestones only. Where an overlap in categories occurs, such as DNFSB and HQ, the milestone will be reported under DNFSB. The next segment, entitled Critical Issues, is designed to identify the high-level challenges to achieving cleanup progress. Also included are activities that cross contractor boundaries and demonstrate the shared value of working as a team to accomplish these activities. Finally, a forward-looking synopsis of Upcoming Planned Key Events is provided
