Owner quality management of nuclear power engineering under EPC and independent supervision model

Based on the study of relevant laws and regulations, combined with the current situation of engineering procurement construction EPC mode of nuclear power project in China, this paper analyzes the position and occupations of the NPP owner, general contractor and the supervision unit, and expounds the ideas and methods of the NPP owner for NPP quality management. This article considers that the owner should selectively participate in the quality management of important activities based on the idea of hierarchical management of quality assurance and hierarchical supervision, comprehensively considering factors such as human resources, experience and ability, so as to maximize the utilization of limited resources.
