General informations: World demand of energy should increase of 50% from 1990 to 2020, that would require investments about $30 000 milliards in systems of energy

Description

The world demand of energy would increase of 50% from 1990 to 2020, in the case of important effort of economy with volontarist policy. About reserves there is no problem to satisfy the demand. The question is to resolve the financial aspect. Investments are estimated at about 30 000 milliards of dollars and nobody knows how developing countries could make this effort, probably an important ask to International Funds will appear with competitions and impossibilities to satisfy every demand. An other conclusion is on greenhouse effect: actual policies don't allow to limit gas emission inducing a greenhouse effect and it is expended that these emissions continue during several years
