Description
A precision digital-controlled high voltage source, voltage range from 0 to ±1000 V, is developed. A touch-control LCD screen is used as the man-machine conversation interface. A micro-controller unit C8051 is applied to understand the user's touch operating and to carry out the control command for the output of DAC. The output of high voltage unit is controlled by the output magnitude of DAC. This design has a good performance in linearity and precision. It is especially suitable for I-V characteristic test of semiconductor and in other occasions which require high precision voltage. (authors)
