Description

Purpose: To save allover shielding cost, by utilizing concrete floor as the downward and circumferential directional shielding for irradiation chamber. Constitution: Irradiation room is formed in concrete floor on earth soil. Top of irradiation chamber is covered by horizontally movable shielding body within which irradiation source is stored except when irradiation is performed, said shielding body can be moved horizontally enabling access to irradiated sample in irradiation chamber.
