A method for designation of radioactive source

Description
The technical project of specific solution of localization of the radioactive emitter in the environment is described in this issue. Mathematic principle is outlined, which assists in solving of given problem. This mathematic principle and model are the bases for solving of specific measuring system for localization of radioactive emitter. The coordinates of searched radioactive emitter are calculated from measured signal of dose rate of number of used proportional detectors. In this issue, there is solved the specific potential example of experimental realisation in dependence on selection of measuring place, of selection of suitable detector, of influence of background and other factors. There is made the analysis of influence of the background and of the other factors on exactness of localisation. (author)
