Description

During 1981 compilation and assessment of existing marine geological and geophysical data in three North Atlantic study areas continued. Seismic modelling studies were also conducted to ascertain the scale of geologic discontinuities and inclusions (cannisters) that can be detected in the seafloor sediment column using existing seismic reflection techniques
