Homogeneity of Bi-content ferrite garnets, obtained in metastable phase regions

Description

Ferrite-garnet monocrystal films (FGMF) of the composition (LuBi)3 (FeGa)5 x O12 and (GdTmBi)3 (FeGa)5O12 are grown. It is shown that the materials synthesized possessed high integral magnetrooptical characteristics. It follows from the above-mentioned that FGMF production in systems metastable in composition is perspective for practical use
