Metastable states of YBa2Cu3O6+z solid solution
Description
Using thermodynamic calculations of the system Y-Ba-Cu-O it has been shown that deceleration of 247, 124 and 023 phase formation is the reason of its thermal instability. Temperatures and oxygen pressures, under which stable and metastable phase 123 decomposes into other stable or metastable phase mixtures, have been ascertained. 8 refs., 1 fig
